Important: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or malfunction.

2. Return Cycle

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your product. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are not applicable for products replaced or exchanged.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without their original packaging.
  • Requests made outside the return period.

6. Shipping Costs
